Lahore — The Punjab Government has officially launched the second phase of its Agricultural Internship Program 2025 aimed at empowering youth and modernizing the agrarian economy of province. Under this initiative, 2,000 young agricultural graduates from across Punjab will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 60,000 to gain hands-on field experience in the agriculture sector.

The program is part of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif agriculture reform agenda envisioned under the slogan “Maryam Nawaz ka Khwab – Sona Ugalta Punjab”. According to government officials, this move is designed to promote employment, provide technical assistance at the grassroots level and accelerate agricultural development in underprivileged areas.
