Lahore – The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore announced the results of the Intermediate Part-II (12th Grade) annual examinations on Thursday, September 18, 2025 at 10 a.m. As in previous years, girls outshined boys maintaining their academic dominance.
Overall Performance
According to official figures, 180,000 students appeared in the examinations under the board this year. Out of these, 109,000 students passed while 70,000 failed. The overall pass rate stood at 60% which is 2% lower than last year’s performance.
Boys vs. Girls
The data shows that girls once again excelled in academics this year:
- 70% pass rate among girls.
- Only 48% pass rate among boys with 52% failing the exams.

Unofficial reports suggest that private institutions in Lahore city produced the best results while rural districts showed relatively weaker performance.

- Online: Enter roll number at BISE Lahore website.
- SMS Service: The result can be known immediately by sending the roll number to 800291.
